Copy of the cover of the first edition of the Blue Book in 1958 and the page with Immokalee.  The book was updated through November 30, 1958.  Immokalee is shown as only issuing an X patch which presumably would be the X1a, X1b & X1c issues.  The S1 had not been issued by the time the book was printed.
