DEAD  BODY FOUND DURING CONCLAVE.

 

A park ranger found a decomposed body on the Camp Benjamin Hawkins Boy Scout reservation in Crawford county on Saturday. A news release from the GBI says the body was a white male wrapped in bed linens. The release says the body matches the description of 39-year-old Daryl James Oxford, who was reported missing in Crawford County. Oxford was last seen on April 9, south of Lizella. The Crawford Sheriff's office and agents with the Perry GBI say previous evidence suggested Oxford was dead. The body was found in the general area where officials were searching for Oxford. A medical examiner will perform an autopsy and forensic tests to determine the identity and cause of death.
